Very Poor Service
Their manager, Silla, actually accused my 11-year-old son of deliberately lying about taking food to go, just to avoid paying the additional 30p โeating inโ charge. My son is only 11 years old and went in by himself to buy food (while I was parking the car). One of their staff members served him and did not even ask whether the food was to eat in or take away.
Even if he had asked, how would a child know that โeating inโ costs extra? There is absolutely no way my son would lie about something like this just to save 30p. Yet, in my absence, the manager shouted at my child and accused him harshly, saying things like: โStop trying to be clever, I know what you are doing.โ only because she saw my son was sitting and eating in .
My son came out to the car looking confused and asked me if he had done something wrong. I went in to speak to the manager, and instead of offering any apology, she proudly stated that she is the manager, and spoke in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
It is completely unacceptable to speak to a child this wayโmaking baseless accusations and showing zero remorse. I hope whoever reads this takes note of this so-called manager, Silla, and her...
