Me and my partner saw this place being advertised on TikTok, we came from Nottingham to dine here. We were welcomed by a very friendly, polite, professional and respectful waitress (didn’t catch her name but she was a young lady with glasses on her head) and unfortunately she didn’t serve us again - I believe if she had served us all night maybe our customer service experience here would of been overall a lot better. We were then sat and when it came to ordering our food, a young man approached us to take our order. He wasn’t so professional or respectful, his vibe was just off (Lets refer to him as waiter A). Just as a heads up for anyone considering of going they don’t serve original Coke, Coke zero nor Pepsi ext - its a brand called ICE. Another young waitress (again didn’t catch her name) brought our food out, she was a very awkward and shy person who did not speak one word to us or make any eye contact which made us feel extremely uncomfortable as we tried to interact with her but got nothing back. Not even a smile. We then asked another waiter (Waiter B) if he could kindly get us some plates and some salt and pepper, we waited around 15 minutes to receive this which we found odd and very poor. In the mean time we asked Waiter A if he could get us our plates instead cause we assumed Waiter B forgot, Waiter A then immediately after saying he would do this for us began speaking to an couple be hide us for 20-30 minutes. Waiter B came with our plates whilst Waiter A was still chatting away, we began to eat. Waiter A brought our plates and we told him we already received some, he didn’t even apologise for the extremely long delay. Whilst we was eating R&B feel good music was playing which was nice as this is the genre of music we like, however it was constantly disturb by the volume going from a mellow tone to overly loud (blasting through the speakers) every time they sang happy birthday to somebody. We wouldn’t of minded this if the volume stayed at the same level throughout but it was to much disturbance after a while. I think this place has potential, it was freezing throughout, they’re waitresses and waiters need way more training as they lack customer service and basic people skills bad (all expect the young lady who greeted and seated us). As well it would be nice if eating and shisha was kept separate, as not everyone enjoys smoke or the smell of shisha surrounding them whilst eating. Nice decor. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. But its clear that the staff have zero experience/training in hospitality, waiting tables or customer service, although friendly enough. They kept getting the orders wrong throughout the night and things were missing. I ordered a drink, a simple chicken burger and some spring rolls, zero care was taken on presentation of food that is overpriced considering what it is. I paid £7 for pop with blueberries in it as they dont serve alcohol so my under aged daughter would be fine to come here. The burger arrived on a black plate covered in chips around the edges that the waitress had no problem placing before me and the spring rolls were deep fried and placed on the plate with zero garnish etc. It would have looked better if they were on the plate on top of a small napkin with a small bowl of chilli sauce on the side of the plate too. No care is taken on the presentation, just as long as the money rolls in. Its a very big place with seating up and downstairs. Lots of error in the service department, nothing is written down so it seems, so we were waiting and waiting for the orders to come correct. It took 3 attempts to get mine right. The chipped plated burger was taken back with the same burger returned to me on a different plate. Then the actual burger was an extra spicy burger with what i can only describe as a hot wings coating. I took it back myself and demanded to see the menu to see the description of the burger. Then what i recieved on attempt number 3 was 2 chicken strips in a bun with mayo cheese and lettuce. By which time i just couldn't be bothered to complain further. Upon arriving the Dj was playing really great music, atmosphere was very nice until we realised it’s a place for teenagers and younger people so it looked like we just walked into a massive nursery with kids running round like lose chickens. The staff seemed very overwhelmed (really wasn’t that busy) not listening and had attitude especially when telling them we had food that had not come yet.

To start we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, instead of cleaning the tables from the party that was there before us they sat us at dirty table filled with dirty menu’s with chewing gum stuck on it. The food arrived 45minutes - 1 hour late & we couldn’t eat it due to not getting cutlery for another 30 minutes. I ordered lamb chops and a chicken filet burger, the lamb chops came out with a pinch of lettuce (what kind of dressing is that) no sauce & I could not even run a knife through it the meat was that tough. We complained about the chops & they got sent back. The second chops came and I had 1 chop and what seemed to be 2 lamb steaks instead of 3 chops as where was the bone??? The burger was 3/10, unfortunately people who were at the table way before us were waiting for burgers but mine came first, so I ended up giving my burger to the others which resulted in me waiting another 1hr for the missing burger that was ordered before me so I could have it. We are still waiting for starters now from the kitchen. We are still waiting for the happy birthday tribute that they do but the birthday girl was so annoyed nothing they could offer was needed. We put our complaints forward, they appreciated our feedback and they gave us 20% off but unfortunately I will not be going back there again and would...
