McDonald's — Restaurant in Birmingham

It's McDonalds there's not a lot to explain. Although I will say it can be slow in the drive thru

Ok so this is an edit, I eat lunch almost every day here at this particular McDonald's. Most day's it's fine, but some days I wonder if they just hire anyone. In the fast-food industry napkins and sauces should be a MUST. This should be protocol, especially at McDonald's chains. Also, whoever has been actually MAKING the burgers seems to be just throwing it together blindfolded. The pickles/gherkins are all in one place in the middle of the burger, sometimes the top bun is half way off. Today the top bun was folded over so that the cheese stuck to the paper and came off the burger. We go through the drive thru and don't check till we get home to eat it, otherwise I would bring it to their attention right then and there. Also 3-4 times now this year my coke tastes like it's either not coke or it's the last of the coke in the pump just before they change it. And this is my true review of Bordesley Green McDonald's..

Edit... Unfortunately the night shift who hand out our orders through just eat are either very tired or drunk. I spoke to a woman named, "Saba" she got the order wrong TWICE in a row and then had the nerve to say the just eat driver must be switching the order labels. This is the 2nd time I've had no dinner due to the staff not being thorough. She then told me to get a refund from just eat, instead of taking responsibility and womaning up, she tried lying about the poor just eat delivery driver. I will be taking this to their head office, as a regular customer this week...

As far as McD(s) go, this is by far a leader when it comes to food quality and accuracy; it promotes a superior level of cleanliness, spear headed by a friendly, inclusive and forward thinking manager.

Tabletops are regularly serviced, food, whether via drive-thru or eat in, can be assured of their accuracy, freshness AND taste.

Unlike other McD, this one always pumps out fresh food due to how many orders it gets, forcing fresh cooking.

Friendly staff greet and actually get to know customers and most needs are catered too.

My experience with this McD has been overall excellent.

The few negatives that come with this McD are unavoidable due to the area; they include damaged toilets, sometimes damaged seating areas and on occassion rowdy individuals causing disruptions in the shop.

These issues are avoidable depending on the time of your visit, and they are caused by local roma gypsy "children", so it is understandable and of no fault of the McD.

Nothing but respect for the hard working staff here who regardless of abuse manage to put out excellent food, ensuring locals are fed.

Absolute awful service from the shift manager (Miriam). She has a serious attitude problem, with no people skills at all. I walk in and approach the tills, no one is at the tills. The manager (Miriam) see's me. She then rudely said to me, use the self-service kiosk, rather than her asking a staff member to serve me at the tills or her serve me herself. So, I then reluctantly went to use the self-service kiosk. The Kiosk didn't work (tapping away on the screen) takes an age to work properly. Two other customers walk in and then a staff member comes straight to the tills. So, why did they get served at the tills straight away and I got told to go to the self-service Kiosk??? Disgusting service...I then confronted Miriam and told her that the self-service kiosk doesn't work properly when touching the screen. Her reply was "no one else had mentioned it today" in a rude and sarcastic tone. I will be raising a complaint through the McDonald's customer complaints process/website and I will be also contacting McDonald's CEO...
