No1 Public House — Restaurant in Birmingham

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! Theres 2 rooms, 1 thats private and the other thats a social club anyone can go into. Absolutely fuming, my sister booked the hired the room for her birthday and her room got shut down early due to it kicking off in the next room which had nothing to do with our hired room and was an absolute disgrace as police got called due to people fighting which ended up outside with baseball bats ect... manager wasn't present and the woman who works on the bar had no idea what to do and was panicking. I wouldn't recommend anyone hiring the room here. I give 1 star as the room is nice but location and the people that go there are always out to cause trouble also no security which the place obviously needs....

Quick note before this review, this is only constructive criticism upon the place and I don't not want to personally offend nor attack the owners. The pub is only okay; it is not the most welcoming of places, especially if you are not local there. Inside it is small but cosy, however the management and staff do not seem to make their customers feel welcome. In personal experience, I was told that I would be thrown out for having my own drink there, although it was for a medical reason. Bar staff tend to disappear a lot too and it's hard to get service there. Another complaint too is the lack of card machines...

Club as been taken over and is under new management, the complete premises as had a total refurb , it is so modern , spotless, management and staff are by far the best so friendly, helpful, entertainment every weekend, specials throughout the week , cheapest drinks in area can not fault the place , and will definitely be making it my regular, good luck to...
