Pizza Crush — Restaurant in Birmingham

It's time ordering from there yesterday. I was told half an hour waited over one and half hour 3 phone calls to them guy on phone was not very professional and told me guy who took order had gone home and he was sure I was told half hour to 45minutes...this was not what I was told I heard him speak to someone else and ask him what he had told me if he had said half hour or half hour to 45mins..then he told me on the phone that the other guy said he did tell me it was 30 to 45mins waiting time... No he did not say anything about 45mins at all. Amazing how I was told guy who took order had finished his shift and gone home...must be a miracle as he was still at the pizza place to inform the 2nd guy that basically I was lying about not being told about the 45 mins waiting time. If you going to lie at least make it a credible lie! Then he went on about his other 24 orders how he only works there it's not his fault I've got to see it from his point of view.and cant I come pick up my order....I dont drive and I have a mobility issue too...so no I cant . Then told 10 mins ..that went past ..eventually I got my order..my 11year old had to wait with me ..I did say if order wasnt dropped off soon I wanted a full refund. When order did arrive pizza was lukewarm and fried were cold...so not a great experience and I was very insulted as I was made out to be a liar and I was also lied to regarding the 1st guy having finished his shift and gone home ..as he obviously was still working there. Found the 2nd guy on phone very rude not good customer service.. Will not be using them again and will stick to local pizza shop oven and grill...as they deliver on time are always polite and helpful and the food is always very warm. So thankyou pizza crush but...

Amazing customer service.of pizza crush Accocks Green. Iv'e recently moved from wembly London too Birmingham. And never enjoyed any pizza here as ithe pizza base never cooked. And finaly i recieved this pizza crush menu.leaflet thru letter box. I thought ill hive it a try. N omg. The best ive had since ive been here nicrly cooked thin base. And so much filled with cheese n topping. Exactly how i prefer. Very delicious😋 n tasty. And most of all the customer service amazing. When ever i call pizza crush who ever answer's the call, very steady patiently listen carefully too my order.what i want .very polite mannered spoken. And what ever time i want it delivered. I actualy get it n prompt timing. And delivery man very polite. Comes all the way from accocks Green too Sparkbrook Golden Hillock Road.Thank you delivery man.Thank you so much pizza crush staff. For customer value. And today you guys have really showed how much you value your customer by sending me free drink n fries. As it was my wedding anniversary today n the guy i spoke too i told him. N he is very thoughtfull he sent me a free drink n fries. Thank you so very much. You guys are my the only one that im gonna order takeaway from now on. This is single handedly the worst business I have ever experienced in my life.

The restaurant didn’t deliver my £50 order!!! When I contacted them they said that the driver tried to call me (he didn’t) and didn’t want to knock the door in case it disturbed anybody (I’m expecting a delivery am I supposed to sense you coming????). He didn’t even come down the driveway which I can see on my ring camera. The manager told me the driver took my order home and are now refusing to refund me. What a joke.

Order from this absolute hole of a business if you’d like to pay for a staff members dinner!!!!!!!

Aside from this, when I told my friend what had happened she told me it was a blessing in disguise as when she ordered from here it made her so sick that she was in hospital on an IV drip for 3 days afterwards.

This place won’t be open for much longer by the looks of other reviews, so enjoy stealing from people...
