Spicy Rooster Hut — Restaurant in Birmingham

I ordered a pizza deal which was 2 X large pizzas with drink, fries an garlic bread, the delivery arrived after 30mins food was NOT piping hot and the pizza had a FUNNY TASTE, I myself was at work I got back late and the kids told me, i warmed 2 slices to eat and the chicken pizza did taste weird and the donner pizza I took one bite and it tasted OFF it actually tasted really gross. The next day when they opened up in the afternoon I called to let them know, as the night before it was late, the brother I spoke to was keep saying I don’t understand please explain, I said I am telling you the pizza was off how else do you want me to explain, I said the next day the pizza had a smell when we warmed it so it’s 100% the meat must have been off, I received no refund and he kept saying we can’t do anything if you are calling the next day. I actually don’t think they was going to do anything even if I called the same day they would have had another excuse like why tell us after few hours. But anyway Absolutely appalling customer service and will never be ordering from...

I wish I could give 0 stars but that’s not a option, the order took 2hrs I ordered a Extra large chesse burger but the bun was small the burger was bigger then the bun so I rang them up and said I saw a nice big beefy cheese burger on the menu I wanted that not a small burger he said well it does not matter about the picture the I said why’s there a menu then he started giving me so me bad language, also ordered a large fry but it was nota large it was a small fry not even a small fry bout like the size of a pea and I ordered a pizza which was burnt like an oven , the only nice thing was the Pepsi . All I can say is do not order...

Before I would have agreedwith all these bad reviews. However since the new management this place has turned around drastically they do the best pizzas and fries in Alum rock/Pelham it’s better then caspians next door. The two brothers who run the shop are great people especially bilal. If you want to be addicted to fast food this is the place to go once you try it your going to keep coming back!!!! That’s a guarantee!!

Store could lower its Prices as they seem to be slowly go up. Other then that highly recommend this shop very tastey food with great workers who actually talk to customers and are not rude or stingy...
