Tasty lab — Restaurant in Birmingham

Ordered a chicken parmesan, thin cheap piece of supermarket brought frozen chicken with cheap batter on it fried and then baked in a oven with a load of cheese on it, my burger was terrible I went tell the guy behind the till that the burger wasn't up to standard and was burned and didnt enjoy it and was thrown away, he didn't care and was very arrogant and rude to me like his burger was best in the world and no one has the right to complain about it, I then spoke to the main owner who was sat outside and he didn't really care and just drove off in his taxi.

Disgusting food never again cheap over priced cheap sauces just cheap place not worth it at all, if the main owner is reading this shame on you as I spoke to you and you fobbed it off.

Great place, seems to be family run, and I always like to support family run businesses. Walked past several times, fancied a milkshake and decide to go here.

Wasn't disappointed at all, so thick (how milkshakes should be!) Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.

Absolutely very poor service. Made me wait half an hour for 2 milkshakes. Saying they are being made when they were not wanted me to wait for another 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes ridiculous. My kids were waiting in the car and were getting upset when owner became aggressive. Started to swear and told me to leave the shop when I asked for my money back. STAY AWAY very poor service.
