I used to kind of like the food from here I almost order every other day my family eats from here, my brothers always there every other day but today I placed order after that called the store to notify them as the Just eats not clear and they mess up the order after calling the store I spoke to someone called Hussain don't know if that's even his name or he give anyone's name all I asked him was on one of the burger meal I dont want the sauce on the chips it's my sisters preference as a customer she doesn't like sauce on her chips because she feels they get overly soggy by the time they come home all I said was I want the sauce for that burger meal separate not thrown over the chips but he starts winging and moaning we can't do that can't keep giving tubs out you have to buy it I was like I have already placed the order and it's the sauce you whack on top that I don't want I want it separate didn't take it after that I ignored and said on my chips I want chilli mayo and extra of it I have been ordering from here for almost over years not even year never have I had an issue like this he had soo much attitude and kept giving me attitude and then said afterwards you ordered it on Cheeky Tuesday might as well pay for sauces and I was like mate I order on normal days as well it's not just Cheeky Tuesday I order on he was soo disrespectfull try to say we not paying for sauces when we didn't ask for soo much extra just standard sauces I asked for soo much attitude and disrespect...

The food was horrible as we called before hand to request a chicken leg and no other piece as a baby would be eating that chicken leg. Instead of receiving this I was given a chicken thigh which the baby could not eat. To make matters worse we called the shop and the male on the other end cut the call almost as if he didn't wanna bother. Soon after I called on another for as this was not acceptable and requested a manager who was said to be on delivery and would be another 15 minutes so I called after 18 minutes and was told I was a bother and that they couldn't be bothered. You cannot go wrong with Torinos, since I have been a teen I have been ordering from here. But I recently ordered a takeaway delivered pizza. I was a bit hesitant on the delivery as I like my pizza HOT 🔥 lol, and it usually never stays hot when I buy it from anywhere else.
