Been here a few times (in person, not delivery), and so can comment on quite a few items. And bear in mind that I am quite harsh with my scores. I don't give 5s out too easily.......

Grilled Chicken Peri Burger - 4/5. The sauce/flavouring on the chicken is very tasty. The bun is nice and soft and doesn't disintegrate or anything. Only criticism is perhaps the size of it? A wee bit on the small side

Beef burger - 4/5. Just like the chicken burger, it tastes nice. Only criticism is, again, it's a little small. But for the price it's charged at, it's actually quite good

Chips/Fries - 4/5. Right balance of crunch and softness (potato filling) of the fries. Not too greasy either

Chicken wings - 5/5. These are excellent. Great flavouring and you can tell the chicken is of good quality. Appears as though they do go out of their way to source good quality chicken.

Lamb chops - 5/5. These are great. Not many people get lamb chops right, but these guys are spot on

Sauces - 2/5. They do drop in marks on this. They're watered down too much - especially the mint. Sorry guys.

Rice - 3/5. A little too bland for my liking, but my friends thought they were fine. So maybe just me.

Service - 5/5. Most of their food is very good and makes up for the slightly higher prices they charge. But where they excel in the most, is probably the service. The main person who's always served us (Nabil I think his name is), is wonderful. Always polite and going out of his way to look after us. Came to Birmingham from High Wycombe for some shopping. Didn't really want same old burgers, fries and curries to be honest. Saw Twist & Flame on Tiktok and thought we would give it a shot. The marinated chicken doner was so soft and flavoursome. You could actually taste the marinade. It was fantastic. The salad was crispy and fresh. It had not been cut in the morning and left to wilt all day then served to customers. The fresh naan were soft and fluffy and had black onion seeds which transformed the taste. The star was the Masala Fish. It was actual cod and not a farmed alternative. It had huge white flakes cooked to perfection and the taste was succulent and perfect. We were dealt with by Nabil and Zahid. They were polite and professional and made sure we were happy. Will definitely be coming back in future to try some of the other items from the menu. Travelled 30 mins (not long these days for food) after seeing some raving reviews on social media about this place… did not disappoint. Tried the highly talked about steamed masala fish and the gourmet beef burger. The fish was succulent, delicately spiced and served with a nice salad and a side of your choice. The coating was well balanced and cooked fresh. The fries were really good, you could tell they keep fresh oil and portion was a good size. The gourmet beef burger was seasoned really well and was bursting with flavour, an excellent soft bun. Good sauces - garlic Mayo and chilli sauce.
