Appalling customer service, and extremely unprofessional.

I would give this company one star if I could. I ordered some food from this shop of just eat. A few minutes later I received a call stating that they had soup, but they ran out of the actual contents in the soup (-_-), but they are still willing to get it ready for collection (Gee thanks, so kind of them). I asked if there’s anyway alternatives that they can put in the soup, or can I have an extra item giving that I’m not exactly getting what I completely asked for. They said no.

At this point I’m slightly confused. They’re expecting me to pay the complete price for an incomplete order, without and suggestion of alternatives which I would have been more than happy to consider.

At this point I just cancelled my order. I won’t be ordering from this establishment anymore. If I was them I would have accommodated the customer. Giving that it was a mistake on their side, and the extra item I suggested was only £1.50 (not really braking the bank), because they were not will to do this, they ended loosing an order and repeated...

Having ordered food at 8pm as needed for night shift was given a delivery time of 9 to 9.05 we waited and waited until a phone call was made to shop to be told the driver is out and will be there soon well that soon never came i received the semi warm food at 9.50 so the food wasn't needed again because i had to leave for work because the lenght of time it takes to get delivered is unacceptable plus they advertise free delivery over 10 pounds liars as you complete your order you end up with a 2 pounds delivery charge and 50 pence service charge totally not acceptable for a near 2hr wait never again thanks then a driver turns up and says to the wife don't say nothing I'm only the driver she said nothing took the food and shut the door...

Ordered from just eat. Food was ordered at 7.45pm. Food was meant to be delivered at 9.05pm at latest. Called restaurant at 9.30pm and was told delivery driver was on the way but couldn't tell me the reason for delay. Called again at 9.45pm as Food still hadn't arrived. Again they couldn't say what had happened but told me I could get compensation from just eat as the food was so late. Food arrived at 10pm. Tried to get compensation from just eat as advised by this restaurant but Wayanns LIED and told just eat that they had included extra items in my order to compensate which they didn't.
