Hands down the worst McDonalds I've visited in a very long time. First of all, milkshake machine broken (so no ice creams etc) or hot apple pies available. Not a good start. Place order order via touch screen, pay and then no ticket number comes out (printer fault), but says 74 on the screen. Wait for my order to be called, my number comes up on the screen and they shout it out. I go to collect it, but it's not my food order. I explain and staff get snotty with me. Them "Don't you know your order number?" Me "Yes I do it's 74 but your touch screen printer is broken". They come back with my actual order, no apologies (of course). Take my food back to the car... Latte is horrible and tastes diluted and not warm. Large fries barely half filled, Big Mac hardly any burger sauce in it... and finally it looks like someone has already start to eat the cheeseburger 😂. Rarely do I bother to review a place like McDonalds (they are pretty much the same across the country) however this particular one was so bad, I suggest you stop at a...

Services in general ok, but would NOT touch the macdonalds there at all, had some food there and my partner has been ill ever since, when checking over the food it was old and stale well over cooked and by looks of it had been sat waiting to be used for far longer than recommended safety guidelines was too late to take it back as we hadn't opened our "food" until we had departed, and is still ill now I personally had the chicken "legend" meal which was ok but the milkshakes and ice creams tasted more like powder than what they were meant to be, this was the northbound service before i forget to mention which one, we had been driving from Cardiff and needed a break from what turned out to be a very tiring trip, both our shakes ended up binned, Tibshelf Services has now been crossed off my list of stop points when i go...

As i travel about the country for work, i decided to stop at Tibshelf Mcdonalds northbound for my breakfast. I've accumulated a few points from ordering on the app at different locations and decided to use them to get myself some breakfast and a coffee. After going to the rewards available on the app, it turns out Mcdonalds Tibshelf Northbound doesn't accept the use of the Mcdonalds rewards i tried to use, or any by the looks of it. After trying to use the following item rewards a message kept appearing saying, "Sorry, this offer is not supported by this restaurant." I tried a regular coffee, hash brown and double sausage and egg mcmuffin, non would work. Whats the point in having rewards if you cant claim them at all your...

Quick family meal on journey break. Initially tried to order on McDonald's app, which kept crashing when I went to pay, so ended up ordering at the touch screen terminal to deliver to table 17. Member of staff who served us initially thought 17 was the order number and called out the number. Then, realising the mistake, started to place the order on a tray to bring across. The tray wasn't loaded carefully, with two hot drinks placed at a jaunty angle, which wobbled and almost tipped over on the way. Food tepid and not overly tasty. In future if I want a Maccy's going northbound, I'll stop on the A42 or the EG between Tibshelf and Woodall or at the A1 near Doncaster, as they are vastly superior alternatives.

Visited on a working day, and it wasn't extremely busy. Pleased to see there was a lot of seating space available, lots of tables across 3 different areas, spread out throughout the service station. We ordered from our phone and selected the table service option as there was a fairly decent queue. The food arrived within 5 minutes. I'd say the fries didn't look as large of a portion as in other McD branches. Tasted as per usual, we ordered the McPlant with milkshake and overall pleased with the dining experience here as food service was speedy and table availability was good. However they need to improve the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of all the tables.
