I've been to Arizona Joe's twice so far. It has become my go-to location for food in Bolton. Forget Archies, forget Chesters - this is the place to be for burgers and milkshakes.
The first time I went, I went for a combo meal of a burger with 5 beef patties and 5 slices of cheese alongside fries topped with shredded lamb & 3 jalapeño cheese bites. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Beef could have done with a tiny touch of salt but bar that, absolute perfection. I went for a Biscoff milkshake too. It came in a plain cup, no syrups along the side, no frills and looked plain. It was like a sleeper racing car - looks standard, but blows you away. It contained biscoff biscuits and spread, the shake was so incredibly thick and sweet, hands down the best shake I've ever had the pleasure of tasting.
The second time I went, I got a chicken burger with jalapeño cheese poppers and cheese inside the burger, fries topped with chilli and nacho cheese and 5 jalapeño cheese poppers. Again, cooked to perfection. It was a struggle getting them both down, I sat there incredibly full after eating everything but I was very very satiated. The flavours, textures and presentation were bang on.
The interior decor and lighting is brilliant and has a very American diner feel to it, the staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful.
I cannot fault this place whatsoever. Highly highly...
Read moreI recently dined at Arizona Joe's in Bolton and unfortunately, my experience was not great. Firstly, I was disappointed with the food as it wasn't as nice as I had remembered. Additionally, my meal was missing the egg that was supposed to be included. This is a basic mistake that should have been avoided.
The service was also very slow, which made the wait for my food even more frustrating. It's important for restaurants to have enough staff to provide prompt service to their customers.
To add to my disappointment, I found out that Arizona Joe's now charges for their Joe's Sauce which used to be complimentary. This was unexpected and left a sour taste in my mouth.
Lastly, I noticed that the prices have increased significantly since my last visit, which is disappointing. While I understand that prices can go up over time, it's important for restaurants to keep them competitive and affordable for their customers.
Overall, my experience at Arizona Joe's in Bolton was not what I had hoped for. I hope that they take my feedback on board and work to improve the quality of their food, service, and pricing...
