Crunchys Chicken and Pizza — Restaurant in Bolton

I have been to this place for a few times now. Started off really well. Then standard have dropped after each vist. The first time I got a cheese burger and their dip burger both as meals. Chicken was really fresh, and cheese burger was okay (only because I like a hot chilli and mayo with mine and they only do it with mayo). Second vist was okay Pri Pri Chicken strips and cheese burger. made sure to ask for hot chilli sauce but they only do mild chilli. Pri pri chicken was okay but I wouldn't call it pri pri more like Asian spices but still okay. Also thought I'd try the pizza (not the best) dough was under cooked top over cooked. A few vists after found what I liked and would get the same things. However, each time I went in the food became poor chips to cold, staff members became rude (as I was asking for fresh chips or extra chilli don't mind paying extra), buns where soft but hard(over microwaved), customer area always felt filthy and so on. Sadly, it was one to many issues. Hence rating been 2. I sadly won't be returning anytime soon unless...

Horrible, horrible place can you imagine l bought my food 15.20, 3 different meals and they did not give me the chips which was supposed to be in each of the meals. When l called them to ask about what happened to my chips they said they had forgotten to pack them in. They told me come back and collect them yourself. I told them l can't come back again they said so you need to wait for the driver but you are going to pay for the delivery. I went ballistic and l asked them can l speak to your manager? that is when they said don't worry we will bring it over...

I just order food for delivery and the food was not cooked properly my girl friend was about to Eat chicken tikka with chips but she tasted it and it was taste weird I never gonna order there again and i call them to send my money back with the driver then they said they closing but the driver just left 5 min ago and i told them to ring the guy they said they closing they cant do nothing I would not recomend to order for this takeaway beacuse it so weird they could not send the food back or give the money back what i payed...
