Went with family

Regular customer never again quality of food dropping and treats people like rubbish Bad customer service

Taken into consideration they were busy but it's not an excuse to be treated rudely and also not an excuse to have food late for upto two hours

Main rant:

We waited an hour and a half for our food and longer and when I returned the Al faham chicken sharing it looked rushed and wasn't fresh sharing it looked like leftovers

I even shared it didn't look like they usually make it and it was genuinely very bad

He became very angry raised his voice and confrontational and shared I was troubling him while he was busy this must be because he felt insulted or overwhelmed by a busy environment but not an excuse to be like that

He genuinely upset me as I was a regular customer and customers do not come to be shouted at especially when you have your family with you

The tawa itself I genuinely couldn't be bothered with it as I was already upset and also there was burnt kobeda which I also returned and to be fair they sent a slightly better one

I understand it was busy but to wait upto two hours and be scolded due to not being able to handle it because your busy is wrong don't argue with the customer and say things rather try to rectify it I was treated as though I was looking for something free I was genuinely patient waiting for that long and when I asked him he treated me like an idiot my daughter wife and mother were all with me you don't treat families like that

The server young lad was very rude as well got fresh unlike the food

I pray he remains busy and wish his business well but will not...

Ordered food which was below average. It is usually very nice. They missed 3 cans off my order and when I called I was told they’d sort it next time and I told them no I want them with my meal that’s why I ordered them. They then agreed to send them out and 10 minutes later I got a call to say we can get them to you in 45 minutes with them expecting me to say no it’s ok but I said that’s fine and to no surprise they didn’t deliver them. So I paid for something I never received. Being a well known person in the Bolton community I will be advising people to stay away as it’s not about the cost of 3 cans it’s about the principal, service and lies. Extremely poor service and to make it worse the food wasn’t great. You’ve lost a valuable customer and many more...

Ordered a delivery from here was rang and told no delivery driver, asked did I want to collect but I was unable to so asked to cancel my order, they still tool the money from my bank for the order! I rang up and asked them about this and I was told they can request from the company to refund me...I ordered direct from their website! Having to now ring my bank to claim this money back Such a shame as I was looking forward to enjoying this food and would have been a regular customer! This money should have been refunded straight away, I shouldn't be having to chase the restaurant for this or contact my bank
