Absolutely disgusted with the manager and his attitude we phoned last night for a delivery the lady on the phone said 20 25 minutes for delivery 45 minutes later it still hadn't been me phoned back and was told it was on its way it arrived an hour and 5 minutes after we ordered when we went to tuck in the ice cream flavours were wrong adn the waffles were cold we tried phoning back and the phone kept being cut of so we took pictures and phoned back today to speak with the manager. Firstly he said we wouldn't of been told 20 25 minutes for delivery as they always say an hour an hour a half so I a said the lady on the phone said 20 25 minutes he then said we were wrong that the time the lady said would never be said for a delivery so we must of miss understood I then said we didn't miss understand she said that time he went on to keep saying we were wrong and 20 25 minutes would never be said. So Aswell as the long wait we then got cold food and the order wrong and then to top it of were called a liar we will never order from here again and I will be taking this...

Took two hours to be delivered, a staggering 90 minutes later than what it said expected delivery. Phoned up to enquire and was told it was going to be 20 minutes, after already waiting 20 minutes past the expected time. Phoned up again after 30 minutes and still no show, to be told that I had ordered front the wrong store (not that the app of which I ordered from , which must have made an error with the geolocation) Then to be told it was being delivered from another shop and it was on its way. To then wait another 30 minutes.

Although polite on the phone the customer service was still abysmal as they made no attempt to try and fix the issue or compensate...

We have been going to this place for years, once of the best places to have desert with family and friends, the atmosphere is really family friendly and would highly recomend this place. Service is excellent, the desert are lovely and served hot apart from the milkshake which are ment to be cold. I always have chocolate cake with custard and its my favourite and I never get disappointed with that. We also had ferrero rocher milkshake, oreo milkshake and 4 layers chocolate cake with custard which was lovely too. Prices are £. Hope this helps. Thanks.
