Turkish Grill — Restaurant in Bolton

Absolutely disgraceful. First and last time using them. Ordered food on the phone at 20.37 and was told 30 minutes. Phoned back at about 21.40 and was told "he left with it 5 minutes ago, should be pulling up outside any minute now" 10 minutes later still no sign of the driver or the food, so we called back. This time we could hear the guy yelling at the driver on the phone how long to our address. He then came back and said he would be there in the next five minutes and that he had taken out 4 deliveries with him. As we live less than a 2 minute drive away, we asked why ours hadn't been delivered first and if we would be getting a discount as our food had obviously been driven around for at least 20 minutes and it was an hour and 15 minutes at this point since we'd ordered. He said sort it with the driver when he gets there as to what you think you should pay, although we told him to speak to the driver and tell him what to charge us. He then hung up. The driver arrived and the food was luke warm, we only gave him half the money. Before we could even unpack the food the driver came and knocked back on the door and then argued with us about the money. We gave him the food back and got our money back. 0 Stars. Staff were appallingly rude. I ordered via Uber eats, one of the deals they supposedly offer.. With the total coming to £18 after a promotion on the site. The order was cancelled 2 mins prior to when it was supposed to be delivered. I called them, to which the staff member stated it "wasn't worth it" so it was cancelled, and when I complained he said I "should have ordered more then" and to "go somewhere else."
