Used to be a very regular dominos customer before they started charging for delivery, so now don't order much, you make billions each year, pay your own drivers! Second to last time ordering tried the fries, came stone cold, unseasoned and clearly not made fresh on site. Last time ordered festive pizzas, both came without the drizzles and were cold and tasteless. Today is the last straw, pizza arrived completely wrong, ordered Pepperoni, Pineapple, Jalapeno and Onion, instead got pepperoni, mushrooms, revolting ground beef and sausage. Couldn't eat it cause of the mushrooms and ground beef which knocks me sick. Wife's Pizza was correct, but cold. Also ordered Franks Red Hot Wings, they came plain, dry and with no franks dip. Rang to complain, they said they will send a replacement in AN HOUR, which I obviously wasn't happy with, young girl on the phone couldn't give a **, unapologetic, unhelpful , moody and simply should not be answering the phone to customers. Dominos is SO expensive, for the price you have to pay, the food and service HAVE to be better....

They went in the bin, I phoned the store and they offered me a replacement, but I did not want one. The store Manager gave the contact info for customer services. They opened a case and said I would be contacted within 5 days. 3 days later I got an email from customer service to say that they had spoken to the store Manager and the food was remade on the night and the case was closed. WHAT A COMPLETE LIE. It is disgraceful that a store manager would do this. 2 weeks later this has still not been resolved. Avoid this store like the plague. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. What is really upsetting is that customer service believe this Manager and are implying that I am the one who is lying.    Read moreI ordered a half and half pizza online for my two children to share and accidentally clicked extra sauce. I telephoned the branch immediately (within 30-60 seconds of making the order) and the person answering informed me the pizza was already in the oven. This is despite the collection time being 16-21 minutes. The explanation given for this being baked at lightning speed was that they were really busy. The 'track my order' function confirmed it had moved from order to prep (not baking). It seems entirely impossible for this order to have been in the oven. And the explanation that this was due to them being very busy is nonsensical (surely if you are busy the preparation time would take longer). They didn't care and did not show any interest whatsoever in giving a simple instruction to the person making the pizza not to apply extra sauce. Flabbergasted. I will not ever order from this...
