I ordered two chicken wrap meals at quarter past two and it arrived at five past 4 I am very angry as I'm a regular customer at flowers and have never had a problem up until now I asked for delivery and got told it was for collection i didn't ask for collection and this was the excuse you used for not delivering, when the meals arrived, both portions of chips was cold and taste like cardboard also the chicken wraps was cold and taste horrible. You said that you would re-make the food from fresh then deliver to us, when it came it was blatantly obvious that you had just reheated the food as the mayonnaise was all hard and greasy and looked yellow not white. Looked nothing like "fresh". Absolutely fuming. And the fact when we tried to ring back after getting the food you was rude to us and didn't listen to our side of the story. I ordered 2pizza and one garlic bread I asked them how long it would take because it was important to me as I have a child at home waiting to eat before he sleep I was told 20min but instead they took an hour which was too late I got home he was asleep hungry and won’t wake up n only had a drink waste of time and money would have been faster to make something at home Instead! Terrible service now that new owners have come in. Two kids at counter, have no clue how to run a kitchen. No point placing phone order because they won’t make it until you are there in front of them. All members of staff doing everything running over each other, no organisation. Take ages to put a simple order together, ask customers 10 times to confirm their order. Previous owners need to come back and teach their nephews how to run a business otherwise it will be run into the ground and they will lose...
