Venus Supermarket (Bolton) — Local services in Bolton

Me and my family love coming here. In Venus supermarket, you can find a huge variety of canned and fresh food - fresh meat, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, pastry, halal, and non-halal items. In Venus restaurant, you can have freshly made-to-order dishes at a reasonable price. Some of the portions are so big that you can easily ask for a takeaway box and finish your meal later on. I feel like some of the dishes like - lahajun only exist on the menu, unfortunately, every time we ask we are told that it is just finished. But overall the food is tasty, fresh and full of flavour.

Note to the management! The fact that the client's make their order in English doesn't mean that they are not Turkish or that they don't speak or understand Turkish language. I respect the fact that your employees are mostly Turkish people / I am myself from Turkish background/ and it is much easier for them to communicate when talking in their mother tongue however it is good to restrict that communication to business only and not offensive language and talk about what is the client, how long it takes to decide about what he wants to order etc. Please don't have this as negative but as...

We have eaten and shopped here three times in a week. The store is spotless the restaruant is faboulouse. The store offers a large array of foods and the quality and Standard is excetional. We ate in the diner and my wife and i was so impressed we went again with my brother and then we took our three children. It was late on a friday and we orderd our food. We sat and waited and as we had experienced really good food we were exited. The food was brought and service qas perfect. After a short time i asked the server if we could gave the sauce we orderd. It was not brought so i asked again..shortly after a very rude man came with a recipt and said you not pay for sauce that is why you not get.. then 2 mins later brought over and said once you eaten please come pay for sauce. You can find a wide variety of fabulous Turkish meals and salads, including Turkish breakfast, 7 types of Kebabs, lamb and chiken Doners, 4 types of Turkish pizza, different types of salads and also Rice, Soup and Kallepache.
