Greenhalgh's — Restaurant in Bolton

Expensive for luke warm pies and not great friendly service. My mum used to go every week and spend £10 sometimes more for pies and bread,until my dad parked outside within the lines with his blue badge and a man with a scooter decided to shout abuse at my dad and a member of staff decided to say my dad needed to learn to drive infront of my mum and other customers!!! When in fact theres a bollard and scaffolding that was in this mans way and had he asked my dad he would of moved the car for him!!! My dad was a hgv driver all his life till he retired. I am extremely upset with the attitude of one on the servers. My daughter who is 11 walked in before me and was told to put her mask on, not politely asked basically dictated to. I interjected and said that my daughter is exempt . THE server didn't apologise and very rudley served me. I know we are in difficult times but there are ways if politely asking someone or actually just not asking at all as people are actually exempt. I feel this needs to be addressed with all staff as my daughter is shy and now...

If your looking for somewhere to fill you up this might be the bakery, as they stuff their pies and also their sandwiches. But there are a few issues I'd like to adress. One of which is that there are no signs or menus so when walking in I feel instantly lost. Not knowing what to get. Also I think they should offer falks to those who order pies as eating soon becomes more of a task than a privilege. A solid 3/5 does this...
