Let me start with the food is usually good, they do have the odd slips with the food though, like it arriving cold, some things under cooked. But the worst issue is the customer service, they don't follow the times they give there customers and just expect us to put up with it. They give excuses like the traffic is bad (thinking we will accept that as a excuse) the driver says it wasn't the traffic and that he only just left the shop (then he rings the shop and the driver comes back and starts blaming the traffic). I was advised that they do not go by delivery times and they will make the food and send it when they want and not when they have told customers they will get it. They think there customers are to soft and will just take it, well I'm here to tell you all to stand your ground and do something about it, just like I did. I kicked off and refused to take the order due to there incapacity to treat there customers with respect and as customers should be. I told them I would take the order on the grounds of getting a discount, otherwise they could take it away (which means they would have to bin it) no guesses I got my discount and a number...

Relatively quick service and was handed a sealed bag, which I took straight home and put in the kitchen whilst I finished my jobs. I've just opened the bag to get stuck in and was surprised to see there's no Nan bread! Not even a Pitta bread. I've seperated it to make sure and nothing. I've got meat and salad, which is very dissapointing. I rarely have takeaways and I won't be going back to Little Italy again. That was a waste of nearly £10-00. 1...
Read moreLittle Italy? More like Little Letdown! I ordered a pizza from this place, and it arrived colder than a polar bear's hug. The cheese situation was out of control – I felt like I was eating a dairy farm on a doughy plate. And let's not even get started on the ice cream. It's like they have an anti-ice cream radar because they never seem to have the flavour we order. If you're looking for a cold, cheesy, and ice cream-deprived experience, this takeaway might be for you. For the rest of us, maybe it's time to explore 'Bigger...
