Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Bolton

Wouldn’t even give this one star. Been twice and both times they had to remake my drink at least 2 times. For reference I got the new Gingerbread cream ice chai latte with almond milk. They proceeded to make a dry gingerbread latte the first time and then gave me coffee the next? Today they made me a gingerbread frappe and then my usual gingerbread ice chai latte but with normal milk? I asked for almond milk but they proceeded to give me normal milk (cows milk). Whilst this is a preference, someone who could’ve had an allergy could’ve died from this mistake. Usually I would never complain about food or drinks however, the service today and yesterday were unbelievably bad. I would’ve understood if these mistakes were made during a rush hour or if they were super busy however, when I went inside the atmosphere was quiet (2 people were sat chatting) there was just myself in the queue however, there were a few cars in the drive thru. I waited to be served for 15 minutes (again I don’t mind waiting as I understand that there are other people who are ordering through the drive thru). There was only one staff member making drinks which was for the customers that ordered through the drive thru. The staff member on the counter finally went to get an extra staff member who was sat in the back. He then took my order and made the wrong drink (this one ice latte took 15 minutes to make). Whilst he was making my second drink the staff member admitted to his co worker that he forgot to give one of the customers through the drive thru his muffin. Just to add I only ordered one drink which was for myself :/ All in all...

I am not from the area but my son is at a maths tutor up the road at 6pm on a Sunday. This is my 4th visit to this Starbuck on a sunday just after 6pm (hoping that on one occasion the service will be different). The answer is NO! I will definitely not be returning again to this Starbucks. The atmosphere is soulless and depressing to say the least. The staff are very rude…..on each occasion I have had to shout them from where they a hidden in the back for someone to serve me. The tables are all full of dirty plates and cups and the staff are doing nothing just waiting for it to close. I wanted to tidy the place up myself. I went in tonight thinking I must be annoying them for going in so late if they are due to close at 6.30pm……apparently not, they close at 8pm! The shutter was down on the cold drinks and the cakes cabinet completely empty! Your staff are not welcoming at all, they definitely do not want to be working on a Sunday evening. I suggest you close earlier. If i could have given zero stars I...

Every time I’ve been recently, rare and few choices of alternative milks available… especially never any oat milk! The service today was horrific! Manager screaming and shouting, and had a snotty attitude towards customers. Staff saying they didn’t want to make drinks anymore, moaning to each other in front of customers. No staff wearing any masks or PPE. 2 Drinks took 10 minutes, and even had to remind them of what I ordered and how many!! The whole place was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, didn’t even want to sit on the chairs disgustingly dirty, hand prints on the leather seats showed no cleaning had taken place. 5 members of staff on shift and not one of them could clean up with just 5 customers in? Absolute rip off too… the bacon butty (picture) had 1 rasher of bacon, disgraceful! This Starbucks needs to sort themselves out, it’s a shame as I love the coffee but think I’ll go to a different one instead...
