Me and my daughter came in on a Thursday at around 4:40 Store was empty 3 members of staff Felt unwelcome the minute we walked in, One member of staff was making a new batch of crepe mixture, one cleaning and the other one that seem like the manager (a man) cleaning or organising Anyway Iāve ordered 2 crepes with chocolate sauce and ice cream in it⦠the man said :ā take a seat and weāll get your order whenever we canā A member of staff (female)then brought it to the table , crepes in a box and ice cream separate(never seen this in my life , when you ask for a crepe with ice cream, the ice cream comes inside the crepe ) Crepe was overcooked and with the plastic cutlery was really hard to eat I think itās overpriced too and I really didnāt feel welcome, Iāve never felt like that anywhere else before Such a shame I love crepes and this could be a place of election for visiting often ⦠Really not a first good impression

It got to the estimated arrival time and due to it being past 10pm I could not contact the store to ask about my order; they'd closed. I'm writing this review at 20 to 1 in the morning as my food has still not turned up. Will be ringing up when you open tomorrow - I'm livid. Terrible service. Unimpressed to say the least.

In response to your claim - we tried ringing the store 4/5 times after 10pm, to no avail, we'd sit there on hold for 10 minutes or so and got cut off each time without talking to anyone. Additionally, the fact your claming to be unable to trace my order? Ridiculous, I ordered direct through the indulge website and got my recepit, via email, with all the customer details I gave and therefore you should also have a copy of that recept? I usually enjoy ordering from indulge, I'm a semi regular and am usually happy, but I don't appreciate the last couple times my foods taken over 2 hours to arrive or simply just not shown up? Like last night. Which is why I chose to order direct through indulge website rather than using just eat - I figured it'd be more reliable with the time estimate, unfortunately, I was wrong. I never received any food.
Regardless me or my partner will be contacting the store when you open to discuss issue further, with my order number at the ready. Cheers.

Rang the store to be told that they had electrical problems and a lack of drivers and that our order hadnāt even left the store yet. Finally received it at 10.30pm by which time we didnāt even want it. This is not the first time thereās been a significant wait on delivery with no courtesy call or offer of a partial refund etc. Thought it may have been a one off last time but this seems to be a re-occurring problem. Wonāt be ordering again. Delivery guy did apologise but it seems that the store is constantly overwhelmed with their orders and have a lack of delivery drivers. An issue that clearly needs addressing for the future.

So you think a 2hr wait is an acceptable time to wait for a piece of cheesecake and a brownie? An hour maybe, not two! We accept that weekends may be busy but with knowing that, maybe you should adjust accordingly! Donāt have 9 platforms for orders if you canāt handle that amount. Not even an apology from yourself and reading your replies to other negative reviews it seems that you have an answer for everything instead of apologising and addressing the issues the store has.
