My partner and I rarely get time to ourselves, so when we visit a pub, itās always with the kids. Many places make us feel uncomfortable or guilty for bringing them along, but Pier Inn is different.
The new owners pay great attention to every detail. They've created a space that welcomes families without making the pub feel child-focused. Its a shame as it could be a great place but the service is letting it down and I won't go...

As the UK sheds pubs ( About 30,000 in 50 years) these micro bars and cafes take up the slack....
