Absolutely DO NOT order from here if you have any dietary requirements or allergies! I rang the restaurant first to talk about what I could eat with a dairy allergy and I then told them I was ordering it online and I clearly added notes to say NO DAIRY products in the items I ordered. I even asked if the dishes come with chicken tikka or chicken and he said "only if it says chicken tikka", to which it didn't! They sent my curry with chicken tikka which is marinated in yoghurt - even though I'd ordered plain chicken and this was clear on the receipt too showing the order. I called them to ask if it was chicken tikka as it was very pink chicken and after a very relaxed chat with the chef they said it was. I should have been much more angry than I was and they said they would re deliver me another curry, this was 8:30. Then I got a call back saying they were shutting at 9 due to "current climate" so couldn't come out. This was a total lie as I rang back at half 9 to check and they were still open! He also said be would sort a refund out with their online ordering service, guess what, another lie! Deceit is not good customer service, and as for knowing what dairy products are, you could make people seriously ill or worse, you need to get some serious...

We visited on ‘buffet’ night. I had high hopes as I had been promised the food was good and you were brought a selection of starters to the table then you chose a main and a side. The set up however was different. The buffet was to be set up in a side room. We ordered drinks and went in for food. The starters were out but no mains. I felt the onion bhaji was too soft, almost undercooked, maybe because they were so big. The fish was greasy but I did like the spicy chicken. On to the mains. We saw the staff take the food and place it in the serving dishes and were invited to help ourselves. There were 4 meat dishes, a veggie dish and rice. Selected a little of each and sat down. The food was barely warm. We called someone over and explained the situation. This was met with some pushback saying the food had been piping hot. They offered to cook some fresh. Took my wife and 14 year old daughter for a meal here and was a little apprehensive due a recent post about hygiene but can honestly say this is one of the best Indian meals I've experienced (and we go all over the North of England visiting Indian resturants). Service was so polite and professional. Prices more than reasonable and waiter who took our order very knowledgeable about all the meals contents etc. For starters they provided an extra sauce to try, free of charge (which tasted lovely by the way!). Mains were piping hot with plates also heated to ensure food stayed hot throughout. All 3 mains were absolutely delicious and quantiy was great value for money. For the 3 of us, the bill (which included a larger wine and 2 large bottles of cobra and a fesh orange) only totalled £67, total value for money. Will definitely be coming back and referring our F&F to visit....
