Blossom Restaurant & Takeaway — Restaurant in Borough of Rossendale

Ordered for delivery from Blossom as we've eaten there before and it's been great. When it arrived (very quickly) we found that one of the dishes we had ordered was missing. Upon ringing back, it appeared that the order hadn't gone through for this, and we hadn't been charged as a result.

We were fine with this as it was only one item and the rest of the order was correct. As we started to eat we got a call from Blossom who confirmed that I had ordered the item and there had been a glitch on the system. Even though I hadn't been charged they apologised and sent it free of charge. This was above and beyond what was expected, and all the food was lovely too.

Not Recommended. Disappointed with way I was treated. Travelled over three hours to arrive in Rawtenstall. Guest house owner recommended. But, when I arrived and asked for a table for one, the woman at front desk said, 'we have no tables for one', although the restaurant was only half full. When I asked again, she repeated quite rudely that they had no tables for one. If this is how visitors to Rawtenstall are treated and this restaurant is representing the town then all I can say is that I am not impressed, and would not recommend this restaurant. If you are hungry and cold, go somewhere more welcoming...

The reviews on here must be fake or the people who go have no clue about Chinese or Cantonese food! Ordered in the restaurant to take away got home to eat the food and I couldn’t believe it. Beef curry and chicken curry both like water and tasteless raw veg and onion in the beef curry the egg fried rice was bright yellow with zero egg with no soy sauce.
