Domino's Pizza - Egham — Restaurant in Borough of Runnymede

Short story: Appalling service. Food arrives late and cold. Rude staff. Don't order from here.

Full story: The dominoes tracker told us the food was out for delivery. An hour later: nothing. We called to ask where it was and a rude woman answered the phone by going 'yeah' - instead of 'hi this is dominoes'. Continued to be rude and told us that the order had been sitting in the drivers car for 45 minutes in a hot bag.. We said, that's horrible - that it's been cooked and just sat there in a car for almost an hour before it's even arrived and that we weren't happy. She told us 'well its in a hot bag yeah so its fine yeah theres no problem yeah'. THEN she put the phone down and walked off leaving us on hold. After a wait someone else picked up the phone and went 'hi can i help you?' as if she didnt even know we were there on the phone. It was appalling. Considering dominoes is a small room so they would have heard the conversation and known we were on the phone. We had to explain everything again and then the new person said that the tracker had glitched and said the order had been sent out for delivery sooner than it actually was, and that the other person had lied. Again, didn't apologise until we said 'are you not even going to apologise for the poor service and rudeness of your colleague' So then ten minutes later the driver appeared, barely said anything and shoved the order in my hands and walked off. No apology again. Food was cold, the cheese was all congealed and gross. We wont ever use dominoes for takeaway...

Ordered a pizza on Tuesday at 08:30 pm and arrived at 10:15 pm after calling them three times. They delivered cold pizza and to compensate this they offered free garlic bread. That garlic bread was someone else. Next day contacted customer service of Domino's via email and they said its franchise's poor service and some on from franchise will contact within 5 days. Its been three weeks now and haven't heard anything from franchise then again I sent an email to customer service about this awful service again but still no reply their pizza is great but the service is not great. I am afraid my next pizza delivery order will go to their...

Please do not order pizza from here. Order tracker said pizza is on its way and the delivered. It was not. When called the store, after keeping me on hold said the pizza was sent 5 minutes back and it will be delivered any moment. I called back after 15 minutes I was told to again wait and then told that it could be delivered any moment. When asked about helping me out on any moment definition - I was told it could be 5 or 10 or 15 or any minutes. What shall I say.. me and my family were awaiting pizza delivery since the order tracker said it’s on the way. Very disappointing. Requested to refund, let’s see...
