Five Star Fish Bar & Chicken — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

I went in yesterday on Saturday evening and the owners themselves weren't there which was probably why the place was in shambles. One girl behind the counter and 3 guys in the kitchen but everyone was clueless about how to work efficiently. They all just came back to the order receipts and kept checking them and getting it wrong. Everyone in there was waiting at least 25minutes to get there order like me and there were only 4 or 5 customers in there. And new people coming in and waiting just left. Then I get home and see my triple burger wasn't a triple burger but just had 2 patties... I'm sorry but the staff really have to step their game up and work organised otherwise this place isn't gonna last. I'll update my review in future if...

I bought 8 chicken wings last week Thursday and since then I've had excruciating stomach pains and explosive watery diarrhoea. When I bought the chicken wings I did see quite a lot of blood and it tasted undercooked but foolishly enough I ignored it. I'm now suffering from food poisoning because of this restaurant's lack of hygiene and appropriate cooking skills. Do avoid this restaurant if you can. It's such a shame because the workers are friendly but unfortunately I won't be buying from this...

Really good value for money. Not healthy food but I bought fish and chips for my mum. The food was really well cooked and the portions were enormous. The fish came with tartar sauce and lemon. The chips were cooked to perfection and not too greasy. One portion would feed two. Staff pleasant and helpful. Honestly excellent value for money and decent well...
