I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Sunbury, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly welcoming staff, particularly Manager Apurva and Receptionist Parnia. Both of them were fantastic hosts, always greeting us with warm smiles and regularly checking in to ensure that everything was going smoothly with our stay. Their hosting skills are undoubtedly 10/10. Apurva's management skills are exemplary, making sure every guest feels valued and taken care of, which truly sets this hotel apart.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and I was particularly impressed with the cleaning done by Shanta. There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, and it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. This level of cleanliness is something you don’t always find, and it made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant.
The room itself was very comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and having air conditioning control in the room was a nice touch, especially during the warmer days. The TV was an added bonus, allowing us to watch the Euros from the comfort of our bed, even if the England matches weren’t as exciting as we hoped.
Breakfast at Premier Inn Sunbury was another highlight of our stay. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I particularly enjoyed the hashbrowns and the vegan sausages, which were both delicious. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast package; it’s great value for money and sets you up perfectly for the day ahead.
The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and exploring London. The staff’s friendliness and the quality of the food really stood out to me, making this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area.
Overall, our stay at Premier Inn Sunbury was outstanding. The staff’s exceptional service, particularly from Apurva, Parnia, and Shanta, made a significant difference in our experience. I hope upper management takes note of how wonderful these three employees are at their jobs. Their dedication and hard work are a credit to Premier Inn. The combination of great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent food makes this hotel a fantastic choice. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, which is...
Read moreSo upon arriving the first thing i encountered was the extremely narrow car park. If you have a large car I feel sorry for you.
It took quite a while to get checked in. There were only 2 people ahead of me but it seemed to take forever. Don't know if the computer was being slow or if the people ahead had other issues.
The room itself was OK. Small TV. Decent bed and plenty of plugs.
The WiFi on the other hand...
The free WiFi would not work in my room at all. So I opted for the premium WiFi and guess what. The signal was still extremely weak, to the point a webpage would take 5 minutes to load. This was the same for both my laptop and mobile phone.
I could not get any much needed work done which meant I had to be up even earlier than I previously needed in order to find somewhere with decent WiFi...
Getting up earlier would not be an issue if I managed to get a decent nights sleep. I was woken up every 20/30 minutes to a loud noice which I presume was coming from the bathroom upstairs. The A/C in my room was extremely loud and also stopped itself which meant I woke up freezing cold.
The shower. This took about 30 minutes for the water to get lukewarm.
Overall I did not enjoy my stay and I will likely spend the night at the travel lodge instead which is actually cheaper.
Upon asking for feedback via email and filling out the form. I have not been contacted at all. So I guess they do...
Read moreThe room I had was good, clean and tidy. Had booked the meal deal and went into the restaurant with my family, ordered a drink and when it came, there was lipstick stains on the glass so I had to send it back. The food was greasy and tastes funny- I put it down to the oil it was cooked in. When my mum went to use the loo in the reception area, they were out of soap so she found someone to say there was no soap and the person said “oh I only work in the restaurant” then walked off. My mum weren’t to find alternative loo’s and the same, no soap, but the lady she just spoken to was in there so my mum said there was no soap in here either and the staff member who had just came out of the loo, just put her hands under the tap and dried it and said she would get someone, and “ I only work in the restaurant “ and then walked out and said quite loudly, “oh for gods sake!” And walked out of the loo. By this time my mum was not impressed, and it was quite rude of the lady to say that. So my mum then went upstairs and saw a male distaff member who said that he was sorting it. My mum stressed that the lady who works in the restaurant should be using soap and there is none so how is that hygienic? It was sorted but not happy with his the female staff member she went about it. No need to be rude. Properly...
