Read moreI visited with a group of 6 other people. It was quite quiet when we arrived at 6pm on bank holiday Monday. We had booked a table but the waitress seemed surprised by our arrival and had to move some tables to create one big enough for us. Drinks took around 20 minutes to come and they gave us one wrong. 40 minutes after we ordered the food the server came over and said that the kitchen was out of ingredients for one of the meals, so asked if they could choose something else. We were a little surprised that it had taken that long to work out they didn’t have the ingredients. But we were happy chatting away so weren’t too bothered by the wait. 1hr 15 minutes after we ordered our food finally arrived, but very slowly. We were ravenous by that point so some of us had nearly finished our food before others had arrived. The food itself was delicious, but not worth the wait. I don’t normally eat big portions but these were very small and I was left hungry. Upon taking the plates away the server said they had a problem with communication between the front till and the kitchen. She apologised for the extremely long wait and said that the kitchen weren’t alerted to our orders. In the time we’d been there a family of 5 had also eaten and left before our food arrived! The server then took my friends dessert orders and after five minutes she came back and said that we could have any desserts covered by them as an apology for the delay. We ordered a couple of brownies and some drinks. My brownie was lovely but half way through eating hers, my friend pulled out some baking paper from the bottom of her brownie. In total we were there for 3 hours and by the end we were the only people there. It wasn’t busy and felt poorly run, however we appreciated the kind gesture of free desserts and that they took accountability for the...

I ordered some hot buffalo wings from this place last night via uber eats and a delivery to chertsey was estimated 20 mins total to get to your door from the time of placing the order, unfortunately it ended up being more like 40 minutes as apparently there was a technical issue with their fryer.
I ordered x2 lots of hot buffalo wings for myself and my partner as I love hot sauce just as much as she does! The hot buffalo wings list as coming with blue cheese dip but when the wings arrived they were smothered in the blue cheese sauce which is rather annoying as I can't stand the flavour of blue cheese and usually just throw the dip or sauce away if it comes with it.
The flavour of the buffalo was hard to taste through the sourness of the blue cheese sauce but overall the chicken itself was cooked well and the wings were really meaty and good quality with next to know grisle or sinew bits
I would order from here again to give the guys another chance and benefit of the doubt but as a first time experience it could have...
