Domino's Pizza - Sheerness — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

The lady taking our order at the counter wasn't exactly helpful and a little distracted. I asked for the vegan peppernonay and she said we don't do that as a personal pizza, you have to have the next size up, so I said ok I'll have that, she said you can only have the mixed veg. I wasn't happy as I explained its advertised. Then she said there was a problem with my husbands card so I used mine, lol she said it's your cards and suddenly the payment went through. I told her awe sorry it was our card reader sarcastically. I ended up with garlic bread and felt disappointed as I was looking forward to the pizza. They may have found it amusing to be asking for a vegan pizza but I am totally dairy intolerant. I am going to pupa John's next time. The atmosphere in there is not great as they seem more interested in chatting about a car than the customer, as my husband had to call over to the fella making the garlic bread that it's without cheese and that the girl should...

Absolutely disgraceful service, I ordered two pizzas with the understanding that they would be delivered in 30 - 40 minutes...... 1 hour later some guy is calling me to say he can't find my address, I asked him where he was and he didn't know so I tried to explain but he couldn't understand me. He called again 5 minutes later and still he didn't know where he was...... again I gave him instructions to where I was and he said he can try. 1hour and 10 minutes after I ordered and he had been driving around with our pizzas...... Not a first time had problem with dominoes in sheerness but I think its going to be a very long time before I go back. Placed the order over the phone and the guy couldn't not be bothered less about good manners not even took my name or asked if there is anything else I wanted just put the phone down. When I got there they had sign saying cash only which I wasn't informed on the phone and when I pointed out that to the guy he just rudly said you can walk to the cash point. When I told him I cant as I only got credit card on me he just grumbled fine ill cancel your order. There was never any apology...
