19th July @ 18:51 pizza ordered 19:50 app says delivered 20:45 pizza still not arrived so drove to the store to find out where it had gone? Been informed it was delivered and that they could only offer a refund. Would take 2 days. 22nd July no refund received, so called store, didn't care and just said it would take another couple of days. 25th July drove to store again as still no refund received, not bothered and was just told it will take another couple of days 27th July called store to ask where refund was and was told it had been accepted after a week and was only just processing so would take a couple of days until I received it. Roll on 29th July still no refund drive to the shop again to ask when they will eventually refund me for the pizza I didn't recieve? Fobbed off again with a response of it will be paid in a couple of days..... Back in store again to ask where this refund was on 3rd of August 2 weeks after originally asking for the refund.... not bothered didn't care and just told it will still take a couple of days!!!! Was getting a little frustrated now as waiting, visiting the store and calling up to ask about it wasn't working. 4th August called to ask why it was taking so long and was told it was with head office and they were the ones holding up the refund so I had to call then. 4th August called head office to find out more information, they knew nothing about it (another lie from the store, what a surprise....) head office did at leave respond with a email to say the are looking into it and will contact the franchise manager and see why it hasn't been paid and will contact me withing 5 days.... 11th August... not quite sure what to do now as been over 3 weeks waiting for my refund, several visits to the store, phone calls etc so out of pocket a lot more now than just for the invisible pizza that was delivered and unsurprisingly was not very fulfilling! Still no refund, no response from anyone and will no go back until its been resolved.
Shame really as up until recently was by far the best pizza in the area, now has turned into a a shower...
Read moreOrdered a meal through the domino app for a delivery. The meal was delivered on time to my home address, only one item was missing in my order. I was calling the Sittingbourne branch and after 5 attempts of contacting them, told them of the missing item. Waited up to 2 hours for them send delivery the missing item however I called them again demanding for the item to be sent or I’ll go round to the branch asking for my money back.
I never received such a poor service, I feel very disgusted with the way they handled my situation. The lady on the telephone was giving me false information about them sending someone out to delivery my missing item. I got very annoyed with her bed she misled me on the so called information. All I kept on hearing from her “ I’m sorry, I understand” I heard all this phrase before and I wouldn’t be made a fool, I will never order anything from the domino app again because placing orders online is not alway reliable compared to ordering...
Read moreHad a lot of respect for this place up until my last order. Spent £30 for them to mess up the order with the wrong bases. I called at the time and they sent out another order to us. On the second order, they messed up the toppings. I called them again and because they have hardly any staff, the manager couldn't be bothered to deliver to us for a third time in one night so offered us an order on the house next time we order. Tonight I have tried to obtain this but at first the manager couldn't remember anything about this discussion we had. After spending 10 minutes talking to his colleagues, he then as if by magic us, but refused to agree what he had promised us. As a result, I am writing this review as the manager has failed to deliver satisfactory food, deliver satisfactory service, and has very clearly just lied through his teeth to me.
