McDonald's — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

Once in a while I take my son to McDonald for lunch as a treat. Last couple of times just like Jessica Payne and few others mentioned on their review, it’s not on nor fair when you order a large drink and then get half a drink in a large cup - more like medium poured in a large when you paid for large and expect the content to be full. I dis speak to a girl that works there about it but she didn’t give a toss and was very unhelpful. My large mango smoothie was about just above half in the large cup. We have noticed the price has gone up but that’s fine as everything goes up but to fog you off like that is so bad and disgusting. You need to up your gain McDonald other wise you won’t be having return costumers, it’s a competitive world . Your loss is someone’s gain. I know you’re trying to make money but you also have to keep the costumers happy. Some of the staff are lovely and friendly, hygiene could be better, positive thing they have security guards there as it can be a bit tough in that area. I may review this review next time I’ve go in see if the manager has read these reviews and done something about it, as I would really like to leave a 5 stars ⭐️. We have held our son birthday dinner their with his mates and lady staff was really helpful, welcoming and friendly and we all enjoyed ourselves. So up your game again and I’ll consider changing...

I have fond memories of this McDonald’s, as my first ever Girlfriend tipped a full, large coke over my head! (Apparently another Girl kept looking at me!) She walked out and left me there… So I ate my Big Mac meal. It was the best McDonald’s meal I’d ever eaten. As the drink was still dripping from my hair and off my chin, I relaxed and focused on my burger. Then, next I consumed my Chips, intently eating them and still ignoring the fact I was covered in a soft drink. I finished my Chips and amazingly a McDonald’s worker walked over to me with a replacement drink and some paper towels. I washed my food down with my drink and dried myself off, the best I could and had to figure out how to get home. What a memorable day! Every time I enter this McDonald’s I still smile.
