Disgusting. Malcom and his wife discriminate against vulnerable people with Autism along with special needs. They barred and turned away my loved one for simply having disabilities and coming across abrupt! This to me is discrimination against vulnerable people. It's disheartening to know that anyone who has disabilities are not welcome to come here. If no stars were an option I would have selected that. Avoid at all costs if your loved ones have any disabilities. My loved one left in tears as a result of their arrogance, ignorance and lack of compassion :(

RESPONSE TO OWNER: The only thing slanderous was you choosing to be unkind and discriminate against people with complex needs. FYI there are spectrums of Autism which clearly you're uneducated on, not to mention ignorant towards other people's conditions! But for, the Autism/complex needs, noone would be "upset" (as you state) it's NOT a choice to have disabilities! Do better and STOP...

Stopped in to Sittingbourne to go to one of our normal eating places, they weren't serving food and recommended the 3 hats close by so we popped in and have to say we wasn't disappointed at all, nice welcoming landlady even let my wife step behind the bar to let her choose a Gin from the very good selection of drinks. Me and the wife ordered a roast each and a drink each, food took around 25 minutes to come out which I don't mind as it proves 2 things, 1 they are busy and 2 the food isn't microwaved. The food was lovely, meat cooked to perfection, roast tatties spot on, veg still had a bit of crunch to it not boiled to death and all in all was very worth the money and time, we've been back again with 2 of our friends and it was a bit busier but the 4 of us still left very happy and very full. Just wish we'd discovered the Three Hats before! Lovely friendly family pub, great hosts and excellent food. Best chilli burger I've had as well as the cheesy chilli chips my wife had. We sat in the good sized beer garden which was very pleasant although it does look in need of a bit of a refresh!
