Wow what absolutely awful service and disgraceful customer service from KATRINA the so called manager. She needs sacking, she will destroy your business you have worked so hard for in a heart beat! I ordered and paid for 2 portions of garlic knots, they sent one as she tells me she made them and she put two portions in one box 🤯 doubt they very much the box wasn't even full, is there a box shortage? Then asked me to pay extra for bottle of pop, absolutely fine but then didn't send it and tripped herself up twice telling me string of lies, oh sorry reasons why they just want to take hard earned money from customers and Rob them off not only a bottle of pop but a whole box of garlic dough balls too. Because we can all afford to give money away .
The worst part is her manner, her customer aervice and management skills are diabolical and will be reporting this to trianing standards as she wasn't prepared to allow me to discuss this with her boss or the owners who deserve to know what their employees are doing to their business because the owners are actually really nice people.

The app refuses to let you update you delivery address until you get to checkout, so you go through the whole tedious order process, having to accept how rubbish their offering is for half and half pizzas (you cannot edit any toppings which makes it practically an impossible take away choice for a family), then when you change the address to somewhere round the corner 2 streets away it just resets the basket and you have to start over again. Then by the time you finish and click to order at 21:30 it says sorry store closed. This is such poor customer experience. As I was ordering a person I was with even said "that's the problem with pappa John's" about the no edit function on half and half. Like why would you not just understand the amount of business you're loosing by trying to create efficiencies with measure like that, it's such a false economy. Well done, your profit margin is 1% higher... on a 20% reduced revenue business. 10/10 for commercially savvy business...
Read morePretty dreadful service to be completely honest. We ordered two XXL pizzas and one of them didn't have BBQ sauce on even though we requested it. So we rang up and they said they'll send another pizza out to us and that we need to swap it for the old pizza. After 45 minutes we decided to ring back and ask where this new pizza was and they said it was on the way. 20 minutes later it still wasn't here (bearing in mind we live round the corner, about a 2 minute drive). It finally arrived and it was wrong AGAIN, NO BBQ SAUCE FOR THE SECOND TIME. We're currently waiting for the THIRD pizza and everything else is now stone cold.
Really disappointing. The pizza is really good, but it's not worth having to wait an hour and a half after making the first complaint for the original order being wrong.
Staff weren't exactly very nice either...
