HAIR IN MY FOOD! Came up from London to visit my mother, and came to eat here with family. I will not be coming again, food was not appetising, I bit into a fritter and pulled a hair out from inside,, there was no accountability the chef said he checked everyone’s hair and it didn’t match and it could’ve happened as it’s a buffet even after me explaining in was actually inside the waitress also saw, anyway he clearly didn’t look in the mirror as it was a clear match to his own hair, no compensation or discount was provided, was defo put off by the hair and left. This has definitely gone downhill in the past few years. The food is often only just warm, the plates are cold and it isn’t topped up quickly enough. We used to enjoy coming here, but rarely do now. Not good value for money anymore, prices have gone up. It’s never as busy as it used to be and frankly the reason they get any customers at all, is that they are the only Chinese in the area that offers eat in facilities. In serious need of a refurb too....

Very friendly accommodating staff, lovely food, great price. We booked as a table of 7 with 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan. After some slight confusion as to what a vegan could eat, they brought out some plain rice, and some nicely presented lettuce leaves with salsa.
