The Coaching Inn Group — Hotel in Boston

My husband booked up a few days away last week. We stayed in 404. When leaving our room we were politely greeted by a maid. I believe her name was Linda. She asked us how our stay was so far and if we needed any help with local tourist attractions and so on. Since we did we happily listened to what she had to say. She recommended us some nice views, eating spots and a very nice beach called Wells. One thing I must say I was disappointed in was how a fellow colleague of the bnb spoke to her while we were getting some advice on local spots from her. She completely interrupted our conversation with a very foul mouth and tone. I can not believe that the red headed women was her boss. If so I feel sorry for her. Linda was a very pleased and polite young lady who helped us elderly out. If you read the reviews then I hope you take the time to speak to the woman with red hair. She was rather unpleasant and if honest had a very strong body odour. Anyways, thank you for your kindness...

Was given a voucher for £70 and just before it expired i called and asked them if i could extend the Voucher date and was told yes that's not a problem and they made a note of my Voucher Code. Ive just tried to make a Reservation and they will not validate my Voucher.

Very Bad Business attitude after they have been paid the £70 well in advance, Do Not waste your money using this...
