I would give zero stars if possible. Service was Conducted by the manager who was rude and condescending. Food was all jumbed, starts was missing and when asked took his time walking around. My popodum was never served and got charged for. Had 1 request to have drinks served in different glasses got an rude argumentative response. Just a simple request got so complicated for them. No social distancing in place tables close to each other. Staff & management not masks. At the end our bill was well over, got charged for stuff that was missing and no eat out to help out discount applied. When questioned, not superprised got a sarcastic response from the management. Looks like the customer is never right here. Food quality and taste below standards, naan bread overly burnt and Korma lacked authenticity and decor out dated and looks like from a horror movie. I would strongly not recommend this place if you don't want substandard service and taste. Will avoid if ever in this area.

We were on a holiday in Lincolnshire and were looking for a nice dinner over our family time and Bombay Brasserie was a perfect option. We had ordered Vegetable Pasanda, Paneer Masala, Daal Fry, Cheese Naan, Rice along with Poppadams and to our surprise all them were utterly delicious. In fact the 4 chutneys served along with Poppadams were very tasty. The Mango lassi was freshly prepared and apt in consistency and flavour. What made it even more special was the warm and friendly staff of the restaurant, they understood our needs and prepared food suitable to our taste buds. Overall it was a lovely experience. Lovely meeting and eating here Food - 5/5 Staff - 5/5 Chef is also very friendly came to our table and spoke with us for a while. Ambience- 3/5 ( tables are set too close by)

Last minute decision to eat out on Bank Holiday Monday, walked in without booking at 6pm. Food was really nice, service was spot on. The restaurant was packed by the time we left, all tables were full. Good selection of drinks inclusive of alcohol free Cobra fir my good lady the taxi driver. Bangladesh in bottles had my name on it ! We noticed they did lots of takeaway meals while we were there also. We will be back.

Been going to this restaurant for 13 years and they were always fantastic. However something has changed recently, as the last three times my family has ordered takeaway there has always been a part of our order missing which we’d paid for. The first two occasions we let it go as it was only side dishes on a big order, and we made do. But the third time a main dish was missing. We’d made a point of asking them to double check our order before we picked it up to make sure there wasn’t anything missing which they promised they’d done, and made them aware of the previous two occasions. When we collected we tried to check the bag, and the man took the bag back and said ‘yes it’s all there’. Got home and called them immediately to make them aware they’d missed something again. The man argued on the phone before telling us to go and collect the missing item as they wouldn’t deliver it. After driving 10 miles back to the restaurant to collect, the man was incredibly rude and laughed, thinking it was funny that they’d ruined our family dinner. His words were ‘Oh yes we’ve just found it on the side.’ It’s a shame because we always rated them, but will absolutely never be going back to them again. They’ve lost...
