Not even one star worthy after our poor experience. Genuinely shocked that they won an award recently. We had the most strangest and rudest encounter over the phone and will not be giving them our custom again. An incorrect order was delivered with the wrong combo of food and a BOGOF burger missing. Luckily we checked before the delivery man had left. He called the shop owner who told the delivery man to check our order, bearing in mind the order had been opened by this point. The shop owner then proceeded to tell the delivery man that no mistake had been made and that the order was correct, indirectly suggesting that I was making this up. At this point I asked to speak to the shop owner who said that he'd checked the cameras and the order had gone out. I confirmed this wasn't actually the case and that he was doubting a customer over his own mistake, wasting mine and my children's time and money. After the unpleasant phonecall, the shop owner asked the delivery man to take away the empty wrappers/boxes for some bizarre reason; I returned the single burger as I was stunned at the appalling service. Goodness knows what the purpose behind this bonkers act was supposed to be and I couldn't care less tbh, but concerned that they accepted returned food! No apology, no solution, no refund and extremely ill mannered service - I couldn't believe this shop won an award...

I had to repeat it multiple times and even after that he just did what he thought was right. Didn't someone tell you the customer is always right. If I want something specifically its because I'm paying for it. The woman on the counter got it right the first time and even after telling the guy "he should have two drinks he's ordered a meal" he argued back with her saying no it's on its own even though I paid for two meals one of which was a box meal plus an extra chips which I also never got as well as a drink can. If your the owner and your reading this you need to send your order taking staff for a course on simple etiquettes and if they let their spiteful behaviour dictate what they should give the customer then time to find a different line of work other wise this won't last very long. I placed an order well within the designated time frame and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived to collect my food, I waited 20 min outside in rain they never received phone n they never opened the door
This experience was a complete waste of my time. I traveled all the way to the location only to leave empty-handed and frustrated. What’s worse, that i felt so inconvenience in rain n my kids were waiting for food expecting my dad will bring something
I won’t be ordering from them again and recommend others to think twice before doing so. what if there would be instead alone female student who would be just wondering there at night and could happen anything
