Ordered the Munchy Box, as this is our go to option for other Chinese Takeaways. The food arrived extremely greasy but it was late so we gave it the benefit of the doubt. After a while I hand-picking bits out that didn't look as bad, we started to feel quite sick, so we put it away and went to bed. In the early hours we started throwing up. I contacted the takeaway to inform them of this in the morning via Facebook and gained no response, so I rang the next evening when they were open. We got told that it was our stomachs that couldn't handle the food and most likely because we had never eaten there before. We were told that they didn't think it was their food and that we should try and find out what caused the sickness. We were told that we should have rang them straight away and they could have changed the food (however, if you're feeling sick, more food isn't the first thing on your mind), they then offered a discount on future order, which we politely declined as we won't be returning after our experience with...

We have ordered a few times from here however, the food great but the delivery service is absolutely shocking which seems to be stabdard. Orered a takeaway 19th October 2025 at 5.05 and called at 6.15 to chase up the delivery to find it hasn't even been cooked yet and wouldn't be until the delivery driver arrived back at the takeaway. When asked how long it would be, was told I dont know and they couldn't say. After already waiting 1hour and 10 minutes I said cancel my order to which she replied ok bye, REALLY. Absolutely shocking service and no loyalty to a regular customer, in this economic client good luck with that kind of attitude. Wont be ordering from here again. How to run business, offer delivery service, but may have to wait...

1st Order - Without a doubt this is the best takeaway I have had in years! The food was amazing and the portions generous! Worth the wait! Thanks for reigniting my trust in receiving excellent takeaway food, delivered!

2nd Order - The food delivered was warm/cold and no way near as good as the first time. It all tasted recooked/heated! Secretly gutted! Really disappointed to be honest. Why can't anywhere deliver genuinely good food, consistently?!?...
