Thay guy is big black mark on humanity as well , kfc name as well and on uk legalbook and also on human rights as well and this guy,s so called athaurity as well Such a big big shame As i dont have my google account and i am writing this from my family account i am male and having 11 years manegment experience in very well known cafe in bradford and know what policy can be in a restaurent or in a food busines Well The staff in kfc ingelby road is very rude and selfish Today as its Ramadhan for us muslims i bought a black americano from ingleby kfc and after sime time i came there bcz i am their almost everyday customer i spoke to a guy serving on the counter and i said he to fill my bottle of water with water But seriously he said rudly that its company policy we cant fill this bottle of water for u i said him this is not a point to refuse me by saying company policy as i am giving u my empty bottle to fil he was very rude as well Please can u take an action and ask them y they are si selfish and lie about kfc reputation that this is fake company policy as it a big mark on the kfc I cant find kfc email but when i will find it i will speak ti them as well There is not chance of water or food contemination on water or hy water Next door i went after and spoke to them to fill my empty bottle that gemtleman next doo other cafe) served me very nicely amd clean my bottle hos own and filled it with water I know this can be no issue but for me or other helpless people this can be issue He basicaly wanted to show his athority as this is free country everyone has their rights and he ruine my all day If i say them i want to speak ur manager they calls some other junior staff that they are manager as i know almost all staff bcz i was a delivery driver as well Hope u will take an action and atlease ask them y he have done it for and y he tried to show athority to other and y he behaive a person who is their customer as well and a person who need help as i was very very thirsty Hope u understand my point and will help me I am now feeling shamefull and hesitated to go on any cafe or shop for help if i need I know no one will do anything and even owner of this branch will not take an action but still i hd this accident with well know brand which is shame and shamefull act
I have sent an email to telegraph and argos as well about this shameful athority and act of a staff member who has no sympethy with people who need help And if u see legal book of uk it legal to give tap water to any customer or person who need it and thirsty according to law Very very kind and best regards

Read moreDaylight robbery! I ordered my food through Kiosk machine, got no receipt or confirmation. Checked my online bank account and I could see they taken the payment so sat down waiting for my food with my child. While I’m waiting I could see staff on their phone so I went up and asked one of them how long will my order take as we’ve been waiting and she said they have no orders. I told them I ordered through the Kiosk. One of the hijabi staff knew I was ordering on the Kiosk machine as the machine asked me for a table number, there were no numbers on the table so I went up to the counter and asked her and she said “enter any number”. They refused to give me the food or my refund. I showed one of the staff (the black lady) my bank account showing the payment was made to KFC Ingleby Rd TODAY (she wouldn’t give me her name or even the managers name!) and she saw the payment yet she was asking me to give her my phone with access to my personal bank account!! Then they called the manager who said that the payment will automatically come back into my account as it’s “pending” and if I wanted a meal I need to pay again which I refused to do as it didn’t make sense to me to pay twice! If the payment does not go back into my account he said I need to speak to my bank. Absolutely appalling. Now I need to keep checking to see if the money automatically comes back into my account. And if he doesn’t I need to do all the chasing. What a joke!

We are staying in the Premier Inn, arrived late and thought that by ordering a kfc at 22:05 we would at least have hot food. The first driver kept putting the order back and eventually when I called him saying 23:05 was ridiculous he gave us a new driver. New driver had two deliveries with mine included and when I asked if my food would be hot I was promised it would be. The fillet tower box meals were cold, greasy, soggy and vile. The corn tasted like rubber, the chicken was dry, the mini fillet burger for my child was like a brick, no one was chewing that!
When I called the driver who delivered this he immediately told me it wasn't his problem as he brought it from the restaurant (surprisingly they are not answering their phones after serving that vile box they call food), he told me he had one delivery before us but got here as soon as he could, he then changed his story to it. Ame straight from the restaurant to us, proceeded to talk over me and argue with me on the phone and made me very upset. The WORST kfc I have ever had, we will not be using this revolting chain again!!
We are now going without dinner tonight, brilliant! If you want an easy meal, please just buy a cooked chicken from the local supermarket like we are now wishing we had.
