Mahmoods — Restaurant in Bradford

I order 2 pizzas from this place for £26. After the wait we get delivered 2 dipper meals, chicken and chips, load of surces and 4 cans of pop. My son went to the door so didn't question the order at the door. I called Mahmmods I get passed from an English speaking lad to someone who couldn't speak a word of English. Lucky I speak the mangos language so I said speak in urdu or punjabi. So he explained he pack my order and there were two orders for the same name. Not saying its not possible but I don't have a name which is very popular like Khan or something. Then the order was also roughly around £26. The guy on the phone was unhelpful and won't even contact the urber driver apparently he didn't have his number. I'm assuming as it was late when I placed my order. These guys must have had left over food possibly someone not turning up to collect. So instead of eat it themselves or binning it they thought why not send it to the next customer. Add loads of pop and surces so it adds up to the amount the customer paid and just say there were two orders with the same name. So they made money from the people that didn't collect and flogged the food to a customer who didn't order it. Absolute joke. Won't be ordering from this...

I Ordered a chicken fillet burger meal on the phone, went to collect and the worker made a mockery. He asked me 3x sniggering at me and repeatedly asking me, creating a joke of which sauce I wanted . I told him 3x I wanted chilli sauce. I got home and opened the food, only to see burger sauce despite him asking me 3x I called back in, and spoke to the same person who served me, and he wasn’t accepting his mistake and said to me “are you really coming all the way back just for sauce?” Absolutely disgusting service. I went back to the shop, and spoke with the manager, however the manager was excessively rude. I requested a refund as my time was wasted, also the food had gone cold. The manager slammed the money back at me, and as I was walking out he exclaimed “Don’t order from here again!” We don’t eat for free, we pay money, and not to come across ill mannered workers and unprofessional managers. I don’t think they’ve been qualified enough to offer customer service. It’s not the first time I have had an issue here at leeds road mahmoods, its happened on several occasions and I guarantee that I will not be ordering from this disrespectful branch again. Not recommended due to ill mannered workers...

The customer service is disgraceful, the staff are rude and the management is completely unprofessional!

My brother placed an order over the phone asking for a burger where specifically stated that he does not want any salads or sauces within the burger. When the order arrived, he realised the burger did actually include salad and sauces and therefore rang to inform them of the wrong order. The reply he received from mahmoods was that he was lying however after standing his ground the ‘manager’ told my brother that they would deliver another burger and he would be required to give back the wrong order. My brother agreed and waited for the correct order to arrive. After an hour, the order didn’t arrive so he decided to ring again to ask where his order was. This time, mahmoods denied the fact that they said they would deliver another burger and again accused him of lying. By this time, the first burger turned cold and he didn’t even recieve the correct food order that he originally paid for!

Will never be going to mahmoods on...
