This is my second time at Bradford Cathedral, and I am really enjoying it. The Cathedral has opened itself up for concerts - there's currently a program of concerts by candlelight; some classical, some R&B. A surprising number of gigs going on. At this one, they had even added a small bar with reasonable prices. The Cathedral already has toilet facilities inside the main building, including an accessible cubicle - although it's not always easy to spot which cubicles are vacant if you have sight issues, but people are generally very helpful. Read moreA beautiful cathedral! I approached via some very impressive sweeping stone steps/staircase and was immediately impressed by the shape and size of the Cathedral. I was warmly greeted as I entered the Cathedral and had a really interesting chat with the guide. The stained glass windows, many by William Morris are a joy to behold and the ceiling is equally impressive. It was very touching to see the plaque referencing the Bradford City Football Ground fire.
