Mr T's Bradford — Restaurant in Bradford

I wish I could give it minus 10. I went to get samosas, and as advertised they stated they will be AVAILABLE from 6.30pm onwards, I arrived there at 6.33pm and there was already a queue out the door and down the main road already, so people were there before the time and still not been served. Members of the public shouted rude and mocking remarks. Then members of staff started coming outside to photograph people to put on public snapchat( which no one consented too) when I asked a member of staff why there was a delay as we have been waiting outside for nearly 20 mins and no one was yet being served in the queue, he was ride and like 'they waiting for samosas obviously duh' they only started serving people at 7pm, and they should have started serving at 6.30pm as advertised. , and whilst those in the queue waited patiently, loads of men jumped the queue, and took lots from the back and front, and no one said anything. When I got to the front of the queue it was announced all samosas had finished within 20 mins of being in the shop, when asking the till operator 'Biggie' he said what can I do I just do the tills, Its nothing to me if people jump in what can I do?, well, it is your establishment maybe you should have some customer service and care for others time, if that was the case I don't know why we bothered to queue I was the last person to get any, and then when my sister in law asked for some, they had a stack behind the counter which they took from, I am assuming there was more but saved it for who they wanted to give it too. I mean it doesn't matter how nice anything might be, horrific and rude customer service like this will put you off for life. People if you value your money and time go somewhere else where you won't be treated like a street dog....

Mr Ts, oh Mr Ts... where do i even start.

First few times I visited it was Good but the last 3 trips have been abysmal. The customer service is awful, nay, I say the worst customer service in all of Bradford and surround areas. I was told 20 minutes for my order and waited 55 minutes (may I include to anyone reading, I had ordered 3 Burger meals, not a massive order that requires 5 minutes shy of an hours wait, would you agree?). The Man at the till got very hurt and upset when I told him that my food hasn’t arrived and he acted as if I hurt his fragile masculinity. Brother, it doesn’t kill you to speak to your customers nicely, especially when I spoke very kindly and with a smile on my face and the Man over the counter had a very angry face. Please sort your customer service out, especially when its the customer who is putting money into your pockets. You’re food is good, I must say, but not worth the waiting times and poor service. Fix up Mr Ts, it’s 2022, can’t be giving poor customer service when there’s so many other competitors.

Seems like the celebrity endorsements have got to their head, the clear delusion from spending 50 thousand pounds sterling, or "Fiddy Racks" as the Americans say, to have Floyd visit you and much more money for the other celebrities you have payed to visit you, has shown to the public that you value "Clout" instead of trying to provide good food and good service to your consumer base. Pros. Good Food Might bop into a famous celebrity

My brother placed the order at 12:35 and was told it would arrive in 45 minutes and that it was a total of £21. An hour later and It still hadn't arrived so I called again however after 18 calls youd think they'd answer at least one but nothing? So I rang from a different number and surprise surprise they picked up which showed they were avoiding my brothers number. I was then made out to be a liar by a different worker who said he took my brothers order and told him it would be 1 hour and 16 minutes and that they would never have said it would be £45 minutes, when I questioned this the worker said just wait another 16 minutes and it will be there as the driver is on way however this time he said it was a total of £19 which was £2 less than what we were told (an obvious attempt to try keep us sweet) anyways so we waited again and it got to 2:30pm 2 WHOLE HOURS LATER and it still hadn't arrived so I called again and they said they spoke to the driver and It will be there in 4 minutes and I said I am not paying for the food and if he charges me he can take it back, to which the worker agreed and said you wont have to pay due to it being 2 hours late. 10 minutes later and it's still not here. So I called again and the worker passed the phone to some sort of manager who then told me that the driver has been pulled over by the police however he was stood at my doorstep a minute later offering me the food for £15. LIKE WTF. Absolutely...
