Everytime you go there for a shake they are out of wafers and the best excuse is they are out of stock and charge you the full amount for incomplete order which they believe is complete as per their own personal standards as opposed to what's on their menu haha, which is a contradiction of statement from this brand.

They are out of them Everytime when you go because they don't have the audacity to hunt them and buy plenty of them to complete their menu items ingredients. And the owner is so dumb and proud. I love they way he has responded as he is not bothered to rectify his mistake rather is glad to bash the customer. So rude and arrogant little man. I feel sorry for the owner I truly do. They say if we can find them we can get them some. Rude servers. Lidl has plenty go fetch them if you cant buy them wholesale but this is normal for them. I’ll just cut straight to the point. For everyone looking for a cheeky desert, this place does not miss its mark. It has incredible desserts, hand made and cut down to excellence. Wow , the deserts from this place are absolutely astonishing. The pure marksmanship and effort these individuals put into their dessert making is staggering. The only thing that’s bad about this place is that I’m addicted to it!!! It’s made me addicted to its bloody desserts! And guess what!!! We don’t only stop at the desserts, even The people, the workers, the owners are very respectful individuals and all are down to earth. My favourite dessert was the cookie pie, BY JOLLY!!! What a stupendous confectionary!!!! The way it melts in your mouth!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. I received the wrong order, and when I called to inform them, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability from the manager.

We ordered 3 items and they got 2 wrong, and he did not apologise and kept saying we are busy. His tone was disgusting from the moment I called, as he couldn't find my order and was getting annoyed, he clearly was having a bad day, but that doesn't mean he should be speaking to customers like that , he then cut the call and I had to call back.

Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them speaks volumes. Unfortunately, this place seems to have a pattern of poor service and lack of accountability by looking at previous reviews. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d recommend others think twice...
