As It was my birthday i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as the food wasn't good too dry also marco polo deserts the person taking my order has second time failed and messed my order up deliberately I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there the customer service is 0 star i had to wait for 30 -50 mins for my order you will not get a refund back as the manager is so rude doesn't know how to talk to anyone I don't think his parents have teached him how to respect anyone please do not go there you just be waisting your money they are other deserts shop around bradford I would recommend to go somewhere else customer service was very poor waited too long and got wrong waffle twice as the manger is a liar he said I order both chocolate Nutella and white chocolate when he wasn't there when he didn't take my order I'm allergic to Nutella he didn't want to give me my refund back and lied to my face and said I ordered both sauces on waffle why would I order both sauces when im allergic to Nutella don't waist your time and money I would recommend to go heavely desserts instead if you like waffle just a shame I've been a loyal customer for years but now I'm put off I wouldn't go there I will be reporting to trade dex because I don't want any other customers to have bad experience they need to change how they speak to a customer and also if not you should shut your business down if your not right with your customer because of your customers your getting paid to run...

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Mahmoods numerous times over the past few weeks, and each visit has been nothing short of fantastic. Every experience there has reaffirmed my love for this restaurant.

On my various visits, I've tried a wide range of dishes. The Fries and Regular Fries are always perfectly crispy, and the Garlic Bread Supreme is an absolute must-try. Their Quarter Pounder and Chicken Fillet are consistently juicy and flavorful, while the Desi Pizza provides a delicious and unique twist.

For those who love variety, the Fish Fingers, Chicken Nuggets, and Cheese Burgers are excellent choices, especially for the kids. The French Fries and Onion Rings make for great sides, and the Southern Fried Chicken never disappoints with its crispy coating and tender meat. The Veg Supreme is a wonderful option for vegetarians.

On the sweeter side, the desserts at Mahmoods are truly indulgent. I highly recommend the Banana Split, Special Waffle, and Cookie Dough with Strawberry – they’re simply divine. The Pavlova and Baklava are perfect for those who enjoy a lighter yet satisfying dessert.

Even though I’ve spent over £100 in total through my visits, each meal has been worth every penny. The consistent quality of the food and the warm, attentive service make Mahmoods a standout restaurant. I regret to report that my experience with Mahmoods Oak Lane was not at all satisfactory. The restaurant has a reputation for good food, which is why I was excited to try it out. But what I encountered instead was appalling.

First, they messed up my order. Instead of providing me with what I had specifically asked for, they gave me two fillets instead of a big dripper. When I contacted them about this mistake, they promised to rectify it with my next order. But when I called to place that order, they refused to honor their promise.

Even worse, the customer service experience was terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. They shrugged and insisted that there was nothing they could do, despite having promised me that they would fix the problem.

The overall experience was so bad that I would not recommend Mahmoods Oak Lane to anyone. If you're looking for a restaurant with good food and good service, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that will treat their customers with the respect...
