VILLAGE CHICKEN AND PIZZA — Restaurant in Braintree

Food was 20 minutes late. Pizza was strange i couldnt finish more than a slice, the dough was basically like an actual loaf of bread. I ordered stuffed crust (which costs extra money.) Didn't get that or any reasonable compensation for it. The chicken strips were dry as hell. Chips were soggy, cold and undercooked. The only thing slightly edible was the battered mars bar and snickers but even they were swimming in oil in the box they came in. I called in to complain about the disgusting food they decided they want to serve their customers. And the guy on the phone claimed that because he cooked the food it was acceptable. Nothing was taken seriously and they're happy with serving crappy food apparently. If you want quality food that is consistent, cheaper and tastier then just order from Pizza Go Go. You'll have a...

The food is horrible - no hygiene rules in place in their work place.. we found multiple beard hair in our food (attached to chicken wings and pizza) this is disgusting. And when called to inform them they didn’t seem too upset about it - except they are sending me more food. I do not wish to have more food from this place. I want a REFUND.

I actually ate this food by accident and vomitted the entire food. A full refund is a need.

Please I ordered this food and it is literally disgusting I’m like literally crying that I wasted money on this food the ribs are drowned in bbq sauce but the sauce isn’t even good the garlic mushrooms are just filled with oil and the mushrooms are rubbery the chicken is ok it’s mediocre the best thing was the Coca Cola the onion rings are over cooked and oily as hell like genuinely oily I want my money back please please please do not waste...
