I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service I received. The chicken kickers that were delivered were inedible – chewy and frankly, disgusting. Once i called to request a refund, I was initially told by the manager that it would be processed. However, I then received a call back insisting that I return the chicken, which had already been disposed of in the bin. Despite my offer for him to retrieve it from there, he was insistent and spoke over me, maintaining that this was the only way to proceed. In addition to the difficulty in understanding him, the manager's attitude and customer service were appalling. This is the worst dominos we’ve ever had - we have twice had orders that take ages to arrive, have seen the driver on the app attempting to find our house (which is easily found on a main road)…as a result the delivery took well over 40 minutes, was cold and completely squashed. I phoned for a refund and the staff were argumentative, dismissive and not helpful. This branch was taken over by new ‘management’ last year who not only do not care if their service is good or bad but co time to fob off regular customers with blatant lies. Quick delivery! Kind and polite driver, however, I ordered the burger style loaded fries and some chicken wings, the fries were awful and undercooked in the middle, like they had been zapped in a microwave as opposed to being fried properly. It was all fairly cold, and heavily smothered in burger sauce! So it just ruined the meal really.
