Who ever I spoke to needs a course in customer service and how to speak to people!?!
They are Liars!! I called up about the butter chicken and the 1st man told me that it should be made from an onion gravy not full of actual sliced onions, and would send out a different one for me..
then suddenly this RUDE and obnoxious man comes on the phone and tells me that that’s how it’s made and it’s my problem if I don’t like it and that I would have to pay for another dish!
I said no and I gave my boyfriend half of my sauce instead and took the chicken out of from onion massacre.
It says creamy sauce, nothing about onion soup!!! Disgusting was just pure onion and oil and no sauce at all!
PLEASE TELL ME WHATS CREAMY ABOUT THAT PHOTO!??
We’ve been ordering Indians for years and never ever ever ever had a buttered chicken that is just pure onions only!
Then to top of off mid eating I find a dark black Pube amongst my rice 🤮 and my chicken was so dry and tough.
Will never order from here again.
We didn’t enjoy our last order either but I convinced my boyfriend to give them another go and boy was it a ‘told you so moment’ for him!!!!
£70 down the drain.
Disgusting and awful...
Read moreWHEN DID WE ACCEPT THAT 1 POPADOM = £1???? THIS IS A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE REFUSED BY ALL CUSTOMERS. POPADOMS ARE ONE OF THE EASIEST & CHEAPEST ITEMS ON THE INDIAN MENU COSTING APPROX 3p TO MAKE AND SHOULD BE SERVED AS A FREE COMPLIMENT.
Food was lovely, rich colours and beautifully presented. Sag Panir is creamy instead of the lazy dry alternative a lot of other Indian restaurants pretend is correct. This is all well and good but it's completely ruined by the extortionate greedy prices. Because of this, we won't be back.
Service was rough. We had a waiter spill drink over my friend and went over some food and they didn't even knock a £1 off the bill even though he had to stop eating.
Atmosphere is basic. Column design, tables at the sides with a single aisle to walk all the way to the bottom with a bar on the right as you walk through the door. Alcohol is served but that's mainly used to drown the sorrows after you realise the prices their charging for a...
Read moreI recently dined at Juboraj Tandoori, and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The flavors of their Indian cuisine were rich, authentic, and simply outstanding.
The menu offered a wide range of tantalizing dishes. The tandoori chicken was juicy and bursting with smoky goodness. The butter chicken had a creamy and flavorful tomato-based sauce that left me craving for more. The naan bread was soft and perfectly complemented the curries.
The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a cozy dinner or special occasion.
Juboraj Tandoori is a true culinary gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable Indian dining experience. You won't be disappointed! Best indian restaurant...
