I am delighted to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful pizza party that was organised for my daughter's seventh birthday. The event exceeded all of our expectations and left a lasting impression on all the guests who attended.

The level of service provided was truly exceptional, with the staff demonstrating a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth throughout the duration of the party. The activities that were planned for the children were not only engaging but also well-thought-out, ensuring that every child had a fantastic time. A special mention must be made for Billie, whose presence and leadership truly made a significant impact on the overall success of the party. The children adored her and her enthusiasm was contagious.

I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for hosting parties, not only for children but also for adults such as business gatherings and team-building activities. The experience we had was unforgettable, and I am confident that others will also benefit from the outstanding services offered by this establishment.

Visited this branch for the first time. It was a Sunday evening so extremely quiet there were only us and another table. They ran out of beetroot and we weren’t told until ages after ordering our main. They also had almost run out of aperol for aperol sprits and tiramisu. Before paying g the bill I asked to order one more Aperol sprits and bring the bill, but was told they weren’t able to serve any more alcohol as our table had ordered too much. We were a party of 5 and we’re in there for two and a half hour’s ordered 3 courses each. I work on hospitality myself and iv never heard of such a rule. I would understand if they thought we were intoxicated and didn’t want to serve us but we weren’t and weren’t given that a reason. It just seems like bad business to me. Up until that point everything was ok nothing extraordinary but I may have returned however I won’t be returning. The example we were given if there was a party of two the maximum wi e for instance they could order with a meal would be two bottles. Which is crazy how they can put a number on it when everyone processes alcohol differently. Left me with a bad taste...

It's been a while since i have eaten at a Pizza Express, but i thought I would give it a try. I booked and when i turned up, i was shown to the nearest table, which was between 2 tables that had the remains of a the last occupants meals left there, un cleared away. Our table and the floor was dirty, and it was freezing as the aircon was on full overhead, despite it being cool outside. Before we even got the menus we were asked what we wanted to drink. We said we would take a look and then 30 seconds later barked at again and asked what we wanted to drink. Upon looking around, the walls and ceilings were dirty and bits were hanging down and needed redecorating. The 2 delivery guys lounging a meter away from us then decided to watch tiktok videos really loudly next to us. Once we had looked at the menu and wanted to order, there was no staff to be seen. After 5 minutes we got up and walked out. The prices aren't cheap so when went next door to Wildwood and were greeted with smiles and a cheaper and more up to date menu, we realized we would never go back to...
